Subject to agreed change control procedures, we can store software images for our clients in our image library. As standard, we store BIOS revision, motherboard chip set and graphics controller. We capture this information from the BIOS of the machine on receipt and find it more reliable than relying on make and model details only.

We work with all the familiar imaging standards, including Norton Ghost and Power Quest. Clients can order equipment with an image reference from our library for faster lead times.
