At Flection, we test all products prior to customer delivery to ensure they function to manufacturer specifications. All components are unpacked and visually inspected for damage, before being assembled to client specifications and tested for functionality and performance. Any faulty components are replaced from stock. As part of the commissioning and configuring process following DOA testing, we are able to electronically update the asset inventory and assign identification tags. Asset tagging allows installation teams to concentrate on the technical aspects of the installation, and allows easy tracking of assets for the duration of their operational life.
